This fast track, industrial construction project was a design/build project by Callidus Technologies of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Allied Mechanical was the principal contractor to install and pipe all of the equipment. All heavy equipment such as boilers, oxidizers, pump skids, scrubbers, fans and structural steel were furnished and erected by AMS. In addition, AMS also furnished and installed all of the process piping that served the three oxidizer streams.
