The building was a 3,600 square foot addition over an active chemical processing area. This fast track project involved a Single Fluid Heat Transfer System utilizing 200 tons of refrigeration and 4.5 million BTU's of heating controlling 1,600 G.P.M. of fluid. The project involved over 20,000 man-hours.
With the schedule as tight as it was, AMS prefabricated many of the components from field developed, isometric drawings relayed to the fabrication facility off-site. This resulted in the ability to maintain the schedule and finish the project on time and under budget.
